The Daniel Prior ’93 Memorial Scholarship
The Daniel Prior ’93 Memorial Scholarship is a new fund supporting Communication majors with unmet need. Dan was a talented alum who worked with the George Michael Sports Machine, and ultimately landed at Fox Sports in Charlotte, NC. He reached the pinnacle of Sports Editing receiving an Emmy for his work
Daniel Pearl Memorial Scholarship
In 2002 Sheridan Vernon created the Daniel Pearl Memorial Scholarship in honor of the late Daniel Pearl. This endowed scholarship is made annually to a student in good academic and community standing, majoring in communication or political science, with an interest in international affairs.
